  How to claim your reward
 
  1. Find Your New Home Using Rentrilla.com .

Residence Required. You must sign a new lease, move into the rental property, and reside there for more than 30 days. Your name must appear on the lease agreement as an occupant.

Property on Rentrilla.com. To qualify to receive a Cash Reward, the property MUST be listed on Rentrilla.com and you MUST FIND the property on Rentrilla.com. Please refer below to see the additional details. Renters will not qualify to receive a Cash Reward if they find their new home using other online or offline resources or are otherwise associated with the property, such as:

* Renters who may have previously lived in the property listed on the lease report form.
* Renters who find their home using other websites.
* Renters who have been referred by any third party including apartment locators or residents of the property.

Confirmation by Rentrilla.com. Rentrilla.com must be able to confirm your use of our website. When you sign in to your account, we keep track of which listings you've seen. When you submit a lease report form, we look at your account to make sure you viewed the listing for the property where you've signed a lease before you signed that lease. If you have more than one account, you must be able to provide Rentrilla.com with the account you used to view the listing of your new home. We must be able to confirm your lease and occupancy with your new landlord.

2. Tell the Landlord or Property Manager You Found the Property on "Rentrilla.com." Upon signing a lease, write "Rentrilla.com" on the first and signature pages of the ORIGINAL lease agreement. The landlord or property manager’s copy of the lease agreement MUST have the "Rentrilla.com” notation to claim your reward. In addition, you should note "Rentrilla.com" as your source wherever possible: on the guest card, lease application, and any other paper or electronic documentation. This helps us verify your use of Rentrilla.com to find the property.

3. Report Your Lease by Completing Rentrilla.com's Lease Report Form to Claim Your Cash Reward.

Sign a New Lease. You must have signed a new lease at a property you found on Rentrilla.com. If you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a previous lease agreement, have a previous relationship with the property, or is merely renewing an existing lease, you will not qualify to receive the Cash Reward. Only one Cash Reward will be granted per lease signed. If different cosigners of the same lease submit separate lease report forms, one Cash Reward will be granted for the first form received and verified.

Report Your Lease. Go to Rentrilla.com to fill out the Reward Claim Form. You must submit your Reward Claim Form within 60 days after moving to the property. However, if the property has been terminated from Rentrilla.com, you must submit your lease report form within 30 days after property termination. You can also submit your lease report form prior to move-in.

Submit Your Lease Agreement. The final step in claiming your reward is to submit a copy of your signed lease which includes the notation “Rentrilla.com” to us. You can scan and e-mail your lease to us at claims@rentrilla.com, fax it to us at (888) 349-9036 or mail a copy to PMB #2465, 502 E.John St. Rm E, Carson City, NV 89706.

Receive Your Reward. When a Renter uses the Site to find a Property and report a lease, Rentrilla may issue you a Reward Card or other valuable consideration of up to $100 for successfully finding their rental on Rentrilla.com. Amounts awarded for finding a rental through Rentrilla.com are as follows:

Expected Timing for Receipt of Cash Reward. Processing the Reward Claim Form usually takes 8-10 weeks from your move-in date or the day you report your lease, whichever is later. All leases are validated to ensure claimants have used Rentrilla.com and advertisers must have paid the advertising fee prior to Reward issuance.
